Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions in Ridley Park, PA, seeks an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client. Training covers heavy structures, drill and fill, fastener install and removal, bond and ground and sealing.

This is a full-time, regular position. You will conduct training across classroom, CBT, distance learning, simulations and on-the-job coaching; assess trainee competence, navigate technical drawings, and coordinate with management to understand work

Qualifications

• Aerospace structures experience and related education preferred.
• Strong presentation or training background.
• Ability to travel 10-15% if needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training sessions using classroom, CBT, distance learning, simulations, or OJT.
• Assesses trainee competence to meet government/organizational standards.
• Navigates technical drawings and manufacturing/repair documentation.
• Confers with management to understand work situations.
• Delivers training in specified technical areas and maintains materials.
• Evaluates training programs and reports trainee progress.
• Prepares training areas to be teach ready.
