Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Electrical Instructor with experience in electrical systems to support a large aerospace client in Ridley Park, PA. This is a full-time, benefitted, exempt position onsite.

You will conduct training on electrical installations, repairs, and aircraft systems, assess competence, and deliver sessions across DoD/FAA-related contexts, with travel 10-15%.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft electrical systems installation, repair, maintenance, and modification.
• Experience conducting training in a classroom environment.
• Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Instructs in electrical installations, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems.
• Assesses and tests trainee competence to comply with government and organizational standards.
• Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
• Maintains training programs and materials.
• Travels for work 10-15% of the time.
