Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace structural assembly.
- Mastery in blueprint reading and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret complex schematics and install per drawings with edge distance and pitch.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute highly complex assembly operations.
- Provide expert technical support and mentorship to technicians.
- Lead large-scale projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
- Act as liaison between production floor and engineering management.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Conduct advanced inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
