Job summary

Aviation Technology Associates is seeking an Aircraft Structural Mechanic to perform assembly, riveting and structural fitting on aircraft components in a team environment.

This contract-based role runs for 12 months with a path to direct hire after 90 days and a pay rate of $21.21 to $33.81 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical premium coverage, 401(k) with matching, eight paid holidays, per diem, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience ranges from 1 to 6 years in related structural assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures; rivet using required tools.
• Read work orders, blueprints and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
• Maintain logs/records (MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs).

Skills

Valid driver’s license may be required
