Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA is seeking an RS Structural Mechanic II to join our production team on the first shift. This role requires hands-on assembly, riveting, and precision work on aircraft structures in a team-oriented environment.

Under minimal supervision, you will follow established procedures, read blueprints, and maintain quality standards while ensuring safe, efficient operations. The position emphasizes adherence to 5S, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and riveting operations on aircraft.
• Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations and hole patterns.
• Align and assemble parts using jigs, fixtures and fasteners; rivet structures and inspect for conformity.
• Maintain logs/records and support 5S, safety practices, and lean improvements.
