EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is seeking a skilled Aircraft Structural Mechanic for our teams in Orlando, Mobile, and Shreveport. You’ll work on cutting-edge aerospace projects with a team of aviation professionals focused on precision craftsmanship.

Role requires hands-on structural repair and sheet metal experience, proficient riveting and bonding, and the ability to read SRMs and drawings. Safety and quality are top priorities in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft structural repair and sheet metal experience.
• Proficiency in riveting, drilling, bonding, and composite repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret SRMs, engineering orders, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and Part 145 repair station requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structural components including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and bonding in accordance with OEM specifications and technical manuals.
• Conduct damage assessments and develop repair schemes compliant with FAA regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural repair manuals (SRM).
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Document maintenance actions accurately in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and aviation safety standards.
