EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is seeking an Aircraft Structural Mechanic to join our Orlando, FL team and support projects in Mobile, AL and Shreveport, LA. This role focuses on precision structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and alignment with FAA regulations.

You will read engineering drawings, SRMs, and OEM manuals, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with a skilled aviation team in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft structural repair and sheet metal experience.
• Proficiency in riveting, drilling, bonding, and composite repair techniques.
• Ability to read SRMs, engineering orders, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and Part 145 repair station requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structural components including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and bonding in accordance with OEM specifications and technical manuals.
• Conduct damage assessments and develop repair schemes compliant with FAA regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural repair manuals (SRM).
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Document maintenance actions accurately in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and aviation safety standards.
