Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft structural repair and sheet metal experience.
Proficiency in riveting, drilling, bonding, and composite repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret SRMs, engineering orders, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and Part 145 repair station requirements.

Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structural components including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
Perform sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and bonding in accordance with OEM specifications and manuals.
Conduct damage assessments and develop repair schemes compliant with FAA regulations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural repair manuals (SRM).
Document maintenance actions accurately in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and aviation safety standards.
