You will develop software certification processes and work with teams to ensure compliance with RTCA DO-178C standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or related field and have over 5 years of experience in software engineering. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a software engineering role with RTCA DO-178B/C.
Demonstrated experience in requirements, design, coding, and testing.
Responsibilities
Develop internal software processes for satisfying RTCA DO-178C objectives.
Conduct software certification SOI audits alongside military customers.
Produce SOI audit contractual artifacts.
Evaluate Bell and supplier software data for compliance with standards.
Skills
Experience with software languages (C/C++/C#, Python)
Preparing for software certification reviews
Conducting software certification reviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Communication skills for management briefings
Knowledge of software requirements and safety processes
Software tool qualification experience
Model-based development experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
