• 3+ years of leadership experience in safety roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the system safety process for the FLRAA program.
• Plan and verify system safety requirements and analysis artifacts.
• Influence air vehicle design to improve safety features.

Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with MIL-STD-882

Experience with SAE ARP-4754 and ARP-4761

Communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
