Job summary

AeroCore Technologies LLC is hiring an Aviation Maintenance Site Lead for Military Operations. You will oversee jet engine washes using our Nucleated Foam technology, coordinating with military maintenance teams and leading mobile operations at designated sites.

The role is field-based, physically demanding, and requires travel to various military bases. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in aviation mechanical roles and 2+ years in leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and

Qualifications

7+ years of mechanical experience in military or commercial aviation.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Ability to pass a DOT physical and background checks.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment).
Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line).
Operate equipment safely and identify anomalies.
Collect runoff and dispose of the waste stream.
Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability.
Proactively communicate with customers and teammates and leadership.
Perform preventive and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Maintain a highly professional attitude, appearance and service delivery.
