Qualifications

• Technical instructions and SOPs follow; evaluate product and determine replacement needs for low-complexity items.
• Identify gaps to standard and escalate per procedures.
• Understand mechanical systems; perform teardown, assembly and tests using basic tools.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to support workflow and uphold Woodward's Core Values.
• Manage time to complete tasks within schedules; follow 5S and lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Teardown, Assembly and Test Product following documented procedures.
• Process: coordinate with cross-functional teams for analysis and work scope.
• Quality: inspect and test products; record data per standards.
• Organization: maintain clean, organized work areas; store tools properly.
