Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Records Clerk to maintain aircraft logbooks and related records at Camp Lejeune. The role requires accuracy and experience with aircraft maintenance records to keep activities running smoothly.

You will use Navy/Marine Corps systems to manage forms, directives, and reports, ensuring compliance with DoD procedures and supporting Naval Aviation programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years NALCOMIS and aircraft logbook experience.
• Experience with MV-22B logs and Records.
• USMC MOS 6046 or equivalent preferred; ability to obtain clearance.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft forms and records using the current management information system(s).
• Enter Technical Directives and ensure compliance entries.
• Produce required reports through Navy/Marine Corps systems (OOMA, NALDA, NATEC).
• Process readiness documents and verify aircraft utilization reports.
• Follow DHS/DOD procedures and support Naval Aviation programs.
