Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Quality Conformance Manager I to lead the ongoing development of the Quality Management System and resolve complex quality issues.

You will drive continuous improvement and ensure right-first-time delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. You will work with teams across quality, design, and manufacturing to maintain standards, implement corrective actions, and improve process reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in technology, aviation, engineering, business or manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in aviation quality, industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of APQP, core tools (Quality Gates, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC).
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate in English across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System for on-time, on-cost delivery.
• Investigate quality issues from system failures and design deficiencies.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track quality performance.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
