Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Quality Conformance Manager II to lead the on-going development of the QMS and drive continuous improvement. You will investigate quality issues, set measurement standards, and deliver first-time-right results to meet cost and schedule targets.

The role requires strong problem solving, lean methods, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, aviation, engineering, business or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in aviation quality, industrial or manufacturing engineering, data analytics or related field.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, APQP) and regulatory standards (EASA/FAA).

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, root cause, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor quality performance.
