Job summary

Daher’s Sandpoint, Idaho site is seeking a Production Planner to issue Production Work Orders, support engineering/MOM changes, and expedite materials to ensure smooth production flow. You will maintain production records, print travelers, and help update WIP orders while working in a fast-paced aviation manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree (or equivalent) or 3 years of directly related experience in Supply Chain or Production preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows-based systems and business applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintain accurate production records.
• Print and assemble job travelers for production use.
• Assist in creating and issuing Production Work Orders to the shop floor.
• Incorporate Engineering and MOM changes into production, including updates to WIP orders.
• Monitor, manage, and resolve material shortages.
• Execute low-risk job entry functions.
• Respond to and resolve production control and planning issues in a timely manner.
• Expedite materials to meet production schedules.
• Process Part Removal Tickets and generate associated jobs and parts.
• Support production timelines, including working overtime as needed.
