Job summary

The Air Force Test Center seeks a Full-Time Production Controller (Aircraft) at Edwards Air Force Base, CA to manage real-time maintenance coordination and resource scheduling for ground and flight tests.

Responsibilities include prioritizing maintenance actions, updating MIS and IMDS data, and coordinating with MXOOC to meet mission requirements. Candidates must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance and work irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience Enhanced Maintenance Operations Center (EMOC).
• 2 years of experience using Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
• 2 years of experience using FMxC2 (G081).
• 2 years of experience using Office Products desired.
• 2 years of experience ordering/tracking/verifying supply parts desired.

Responsibilities

• Manages real time coordination and integration of maintenance resources and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions with real-time MIS updates.
• Integrates flight line maintenance activities and ensures aircraft, subsystems and support equipment meet mission requirements.
• Establishes priorities for fuel, calibration docks, ground tests, wash racks, and other support tasks with MX leadership.
• Maintain aircraft, subsystems, and support equipment ETIC and adapt plans as needed.
• Directs status of aircraft and subsystems, coordinates maintenance schedules and priority changes.
• Notifies safety, command post, and MX commander of mishaps, FOD, or injuries during maintenance.
