TEL Staffing & HR’s Mobile, AL-based PLC Programmer position is a full-time, on-site role within a repair station that supports pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and power-generation systems for both commercial and military platforms.

You will program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs, read schematics, and collaborate with an engineering team while adhering to MRO processes and quality standards. A background with Testek/Bauer ATS, AutoCAD, and risk analysis is preferred.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages with Testek and Bauer ATS software preferred.
• Experience in testing and troubleshooting PLC systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• AutoCAD or similar 3D modeling experience is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with risk analysis and process validation methods.
• In-depth knowledge of MRO processes.
• Basic understanding of physics and real-world applications.

Responsabilidades

• Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs used in repair and overhaul of aircraft components.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to support maintenance operations.
