Job summary

DASI, LLC. in Miami, FL, seeks a Pre-Ship Expeditor to accelerate order flow across production, inspection and shipping teams. The role focuses on delivering orders on time while maintaining accurate invoicing and communication with Sales and Pre-Ship.

You will help identify issues and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Inventory Management and customer service, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years Inventory Management knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests from Sales and Pre-Ship to help deliver customer orders and save revenue.
• Ensure production staff have the latest information regarding invoice changes (AOG, Shipping Details).
• Assist with moving invoices to HOLD/DISCREPANCY for changes (PN, QTY, STOCKLINE).
• Expedite invoices that are high priority and communicate priorities across teams.
• Coordinate shipping instructions for Waiting Pickup orders.
• Identify root causes and contribute to corrective actions.
• Maintain on-time delivery within agreed processing times.
• Develop tracking tools to monitor requests across categories.
