Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Broomfield, CO is seeking an Aircraft Parts Administrator to receive and process orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers, and to provide technical information to ensure timely parts supply.

The role requires creating sales orders and invoices, coordinating AOG/expedite requests, handling RMAs, and quoting prices. Strong MS Office skills and aviation software knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of aviation parts experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office Professional.

• Knowledge of aviation software including Quantum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research parts using IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

In this role you will receive and process incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers for all parts requirements. Provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring that all required parts are supplied in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Create and/or process Sales Orders for customers
• Create and/or process Invoices for customers
• Coordinate efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until part is delivered to end customer
• Act as a liaison between customer and Pilatus for all parts inquiries
• Process the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
• Process customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendor
• Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers
• Research parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources
• Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Other Duties/Responsibilities

• Participates in 24/7/365 AOG on call rotation
• Monitor and process customer open orders
• Ensure compliance with Pilatus Service Center Policies and Procedures
• Ensure adherence to Pilatus internal Procedures
• Alert Accounting of any company that is not current with their account
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts and high school degree or equivalent
• Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software
• Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
• Professional manner, excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills essential
• Effective interpersonal communication and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basis
• This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant’s capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

The hiring range is $26 - $34 per hour. This range represents Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.’s estimate of the compensation reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant skills and experience, education, job location, internal equity, market data, and business considerations. The hiring range may be modified in the future based on business or market conditions. Any bonus, incentive compensation, benefits, or other forms of compensation are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans, programs, and policies and may be modified in accordance with applicable law.
