Strong knowledge of paint processes, blueprints, and safety procedures is required; valid driver’s license and prior aircraft industry experience are preferred. The role entails operating scissor lift equipment, performing quality sign-offs, and working with FAA paperwork while adhering to company standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related paint process experience.
• Aircraft industry experience preferred and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely prepare, paint and detail aircraft according to schedule.
• Coordinate with supervision and Inspection for FAA paperwork and quality specs.
• Operate paint tools and equipment per SOPs and maintain shop equipment.
• Follow safety rules and address unsafe conditions.
• Use material tracking system to create parts demand and sign-off work.
• Assist with aircraft movement in hangars and contribute to continuous improvement.
