Job summary

FlyExclusive, LLC is seeking an aircraft paint technician to perform masking, priming, and topcoat applications on corporate jets in a hangar environment. You will read drawings, mix paints, and follow FAA regulations under supervision of the Lead or Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years of corporate jet painting experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends. OSHA PPE and respirator use are part of daily duties in this outdoor industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and US Passport preferred.
• 1–3 years corporate jet painting experience (stripping, sanding, priming, painting).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check and FAA safety requirements apply.
• Work involves respirator use and PFT testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure masking is complete.
• Sand primer if necessary.
• Blow aircraft and clean with thinner.
• Wash paint booth.
• Apply topcoats (three coats).
• Layout stripe scheme and aircraft mask for trim colors.
• Prep and scuff paint for trim paint.
• Re-mask aircraft and detail aircraft.
• Inspect completed paint or strip/sand job.
• Mix paint.
• Other duties as assigned by Lead or Manager/Supervisor.
