Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a paint technician to prepare aircraft surfaces, mask areas, and apply primers and top coats in an outdoor hangar setting. You will read drawings, mix paints, and ensure finishes meet FAA and AMM/SRM standards while documenting procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of corporate jet painting experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts in varying weather conditions. Passport preferred for travel.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years current corporate jet experience, stripping, sanding, priming and painting aircraft or the equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and US Passport (preferred).
• FAA safety requirements and use of PPE, respirators, and pulmonary tests as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Mask aircraft and apply primer and top coats as described; ensure stripe schemes and masking are accurate.
• Sand and prep areas; inspect finish and quality of paint work.
• Follow FAA regulations and company AMM/SRM in daily tasks.
• Load, mix and apply paint; complete documentation and records as required.

Job duties will vary each day as designated by the Lead or Manager.
