Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vo-tech school in paint or on-the-job experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or passport ideal.

Responsibilities

• Masking and taping aircraft parts to avoid overspray.
• Sand primer as part of surface prep.
• Blow and clean aircraft with thinner.
• Wash the paint booth.
• Apply all layers of paint including top coat.
• Layout stripe and design schemes.
• Prep and scuff paint for trim.
• Re-mask aircraft and perform detail work.
• Inspect completed paint jobs.
