You will work with airframe coatings, primers, and top coats, ensuring precise color matching and durable finishes. The position includes a 3rd shift incentive, benefits from day one, and opportunities for training and advancement within West Star’s nationwide MRO network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vo-tech paint training preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow processes and safety rules.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment in a heated hangar.

Responsibilities

• Masking and taping aircraft parts to avoid overspray.
• Sanding primer and applying top coats.
• Inspect completed paint jobs for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare paint layouts and match colors as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
