Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Paint Technician to perform painting and surface preparation on corporate aircraft from our Kinston, NC hangar. You’ll prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and ensure finishes meet quality standards within FAA and company guidelines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work variable shifts in an outdoor/hangar environment. Eligible for a competitive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5–10 years corporate jet painting related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting, including masking and surface prep.
• Mix paints, primers, and coatings per specs and procedures.
• Apply primer, base coats, and topcoats with proper spray techniques.
• Inspect completed paintwork and address defects prior to final inspection.
• Maintain paint booths and ensure a clean, safe environment.
