Hiring Agency: Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command

This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.

Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as the Maintenance Superintendent, Air Reserve Technician (ART), in either the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (MS), Rescue Squadron (RQS), or Rescue Group (RQG). In this capacity, incumbent serves as the senior technical supervisor over subordinate supervisors and workers engaged in the total aircraft maintenance functions. Additionally, trains reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.

• Performs administrative responsibilities.
