Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of personnel management policies and EEO.
• Knowledge in using hand and power tools and precision measuring/test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specs.
• Ability to manage direction and coordination of subordinate work activities.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and related power plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise as Aircraft Overhaul Supervisor (WS-8801-14).
• Perform ART duties aligned with unit training assemblies (UTA).
• May be assigned non-ART duties up to ~30% of total responsibilities.
• May be required to fly in commercial and military aircraft for assignments.
• Must meet and maintain a Secret Clearance and drug-testing requirements.
