Job summary

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of MRO projects. You will coordinate across engineering, operations and customer relations to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high technical standards.

This contract role is staffed via a 3rd party and may extend or shorten as needed. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management in technical environments and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Program Management, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management experience in a production or technical environment.
• Budgeting experience for projects and contracts.
• Technical familiarity with data packages and engineering documents.
• Ability to break complex issues into manageable work packages.
• Strong planning skills to prevent crises and drive timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite; SAP knowledge beneficial.
• Some familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft maintenance and repair programs with multifunctional teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and repair sites.
• Establish milestones, monitor master plans, and adjust as needed.
• Drive on-time delivery, budget adherence, and technical quality.
• Propose and manage customer agreements and contracts.
• Create weekly communications with all stakeholders.
• Represent Airbus with customers to meet contractual requirements.
• Lead risk and issue resolution with action plans.
• Develop repair campaigns and capacity planning.
