SOGECLAIR is seeking a senior systems engineer with deep expertise in Mission Management Systems, C2 and sensor integration. You will own the architecture, lead major design reviews, and drive trade studies across lifecycle, engaging with customers and suppliers while shaping strategy and MOSA concepts.

The role requires strong analytical skills, NATO STANAG familiarity, and a university engineering degree.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Mission Management Systems development and C2/sensor integration.
• Strong knowledge of complex systems development methodologies (ARP4754/ARP4761).
• Familiarity with NATO STANAG 4671 and 4586.

Mansioni

• Translate customer requirements into mission management platform and subsystem requirements.
• Develop functional requirements and interfaces for mission management system and sensing/sub-systems integration.
• Own mission system architecture from roadmaps to requirements and interfaces across lifecycle.
• Lead architecture through design milestones like Critical Design Reviews and Critical Integration Reviews.
• Conduct trade studies to define the product and communicate architectures across disciplines.
• Define Validation & Verification activities from concept to execution with documentation.
• Develop specifications and integrate supplier/vendor solutions.
• Engage in new business pursuits including white papers and proposals.
• Develop data-based observations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Contribute to Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and MOSA concepts.
