• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills in straightforward situations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians

Responsabilités

• Inspect, test, adjust, repair, and perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks on airframe and engine systems
• Troubleshoot using manufacturer data across airframe, engine, and component systems
• Lead aircraft projects as directed by the Crew Chief and Supervisor
• Prepare and complete maintenance and modification documents per FAA regulations and company processes
• Locate and use technical data to accomplish tasks efficiently and correctly
• Support safety, health, and environmental policies and standards
