FlightCheck Commercial Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician- A&P Mechanic for the LAS team in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform line maintenance, troubleshoot engines and systems, and ensure airworthiness while following company, FAA, and customer procedures.

The role offers full-time schedules, competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid A&P certificate and State Driver’s License.
• Able to read, write and understand English and interpret technical data.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft line maintenance in accordance with FAA and company standards.
• Troubleshoot engines, landing gear, hydraulics, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems.
• Read and comply with maintenance manuals and documents to complete work.
• Maintain safety, quality, and reliability in all tasks.
• Travel occasionally as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals for our Aircraft Maintenance Technician- A&P MechanicLAS Team in Las Vegas, NV!

The Aircraft Mechanic will perform aircraft line maintenance activities in accordance with company, FAA, other regulatory, and customer standards. Responsible for accomplishing unscheduled/scheduled maintenance; to include, troubleshooting engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems. Remove and replace various system components, as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with Flightcheck’s RSM, QCM, customers’ procedures, FARs, and all other applicable rules and regulations
• Accomplish job functions to the highest safety, quality, reliable, and efficient standards
• Complete aircraft maintenance work assignments to the highest standards to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Able to read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance manuals and other maintenance documents to complete work assignments
• Must be customer service-oriented
• Ensure all company, customer, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate
• Properly use and operate support equipment in performance of assigned duties, i.e., servicing units, jacks, lifts, calibrated tooling, etc.
• Occasional travel may occur
• Perform other duties as they are assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 3-5 years of experience
• Must have a valid A&P and State Driver’s License
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to climb ladders ranging from 6 to 10 feet tall
