Flightcheck Commercial Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) at LAS in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform line maintenance following FAA, regulatory, and customer standards, troubleshoot engines, landing gear, hydraulics, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems, and replace components as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• Must have a valid A&P and State Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and interpret technical data.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to climb ladders 6 to 10 feet tall.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft line maintenance per Flightcheck’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Complete maintenance work to ensure airworthiness and safety.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and documents.
• Provide customer service-oriented support.
• Maintain complete and accurate company, customer, and regulatory documents.
• Operate servicing units, jacks, lifts, and tooling as required.
• Occasional travel.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our Aircraft Maintenance Technician(Part-Time) team at LAS, in Las Vegas, NV!

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform aircraft line maintenance activities in accordance with company, FAA, other regulatory, and customer standards. Responsible for accomplishing unscheduled/scheduled maintenance; to include, troubleshooting engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems. Remove and replace various system components, as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with Flightcheck’s RSM, QCM, customers’ procedures, FARs, and all other applicable rules and regulations
• Accomplish job functions to the highest safety, quality, reliable, and efficient standards
• Complete aircraft maintenance work assignments to the highest standards to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Able to read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance manuals and other maintenance documents to complete work assignments
• Must be customer service-oriented
• Ensure all company, customer, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate
• Properly use and operate support equipment in performance of assigned duties, i.e., servicing units, jacks, lifts, calibrated tooling, etc
• Occasional travel
• Perform other duties as they are assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have Airframe and Powerplant License
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Must have a valid A&P and State Driver’s License
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to climb ladders ranging from 6 to 10 feet tall
