Job summary
West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm-1am) in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves servicing sophisticated civilian aircraft, troubleshooting systems, and performing inspections.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required or ideal.
- Airframe or Powerplant license required; airframe license preferred.
- Experience in aviation maintenance preferred; ability to work under supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
- Removal and installation of panels and components; troubleshoot system issues.
- De-fueling aircraft and engine removal/installation as needed.
- Operate ground support equipment and assist in aircraft movement.
- Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components; maintain tooling and facilities.
- Communicate clearly in English and follow FAA guidelines.
