Flightcheck Commercial Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Windsor Locks, CT. The role performs line maintenance on aircraft, troubleshoots systems, and ensures airworthiness in compliance with FAA standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma (or GED) and a valid A&P certificate, be able to read English and interpret technical manuals, and be willing to work night shifts with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must have a valid A&P and State Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and interpret technical data and instructions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• 3 years’ experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and FAA regulations.
• Complete maintenance tasks to ensure airworthiness and safety.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and documents.
• Use service equipment properly and maintain accurate records.

Responsible for accomplishing unscheduled/scheduled maintenance; to include, troubleshooting engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems.
