Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, direct, and control maintenance operations for line and overnight aircraft on a multi-shift schedule. You will ensure airworthiness, availability, and cost targets are met while coordinating with Crew Chiefs and Mechanics.

The ideal candidate has an A&P license, 2+ years in aircraft maintenance, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Fluency in English and the ability to work rotating shifts are required; US work

Qualifications

• Must hold an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in aircraft maintenance and minimum 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Avionics experience preferred.
• Experience with labor contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control maintenance operations for line and overnight maintenance on all aircraft.
• Ensure qualified personnel are available and assigned to achieve airworthiness, availability and cost targets.
• Formulate departmental procedures and ensure tools/equipment are maintained safely; provide timely aircraft status information.
• Ensure proper transfer of work between shifts and continuity with the following shift.
• Provide support to Crew Chiefs and Mechanics as needed.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
