Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P Certificate is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry.
• Meets or exceeds performance goals including on-time performance and safety objectives.
• Communicates effectively with employees and leadership.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on-shift labor to maximize productivity.
• Build and reinforce a fair and respectful work environment under CBA rules.
• Execute station performance goals aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain awareness of safety and HR-related performance metrics.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance of operations.
• Maintain strong communication with station personnel.
• Report status to leadership and guide station teams to meet goals.
