Job summary

UPS is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor to oversee scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. You will assign workloads, verify plans, ensure FAA compliance, and collaborate across functions to complete work on time.

The role includes monitoring AMT performance, reducing downtime, and ensuring trained staff to meet maintenance targets. Ideal candidates have an A&P license, extensive heavy jet experience, and prior supervision of Flight Line Maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Airframe and Power Plant license and meet local age requirements.
• Minimum five years of heavy jet maintenance experience with Boeing/Airbus aircraft.
• Minimum two years of supervising Flight Line Maintenance employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitors performance of line maintenance AMTs.
• Develops new processes for safe, compliant, and efficient execution of aircraft maintenance.
• Supports maintenance status reporting.
• Maintains gateway quality and environmental compliance.
• Ensures AMTs and utilities complete required training.
