Qualifications

• Two or more years of Technical Operations experience.
• A&P License required.
• Proficient in TRAX and AIMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in high-stress situations.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise MSP maintenance personnel activities.
• Monitor daily maintenance operations and analyze problems.
• Assist in hiring and training line maintenance personnel.
• Schedule short- and long-term work efficiently.
• Assist in line maintenance budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor flight schedule performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with manuals, procedures, and FARs.
• Support mechanics in daily operations and coordinate with Planning.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards.
