Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Shift Manager in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee daily maintenance production, supervise MSP technicians, and drive safe, efficient operations in alignment with FAA regulations and company manuals.

Ideal candidates will have an A&P license, leadership experience, and proficiency with TRAX/AIMS software. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive six-figure compensation range.

Proven problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Must have A&P license and able to obtain MSP SIDA badge and customs seal.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise MSP maintenance personnel and lead technicians.
Monitor daily maintenance operations; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in hiring, training, and qualification planning for maintenance staff.
Schedule short-term and routine work to meet budgets and timelines.
Coordinate with Maintenance Planning to set nightly MSP workload.
Ensure compliance with Sun Country Airlines manuals, procedures, and Federal regulations.
