The Maintenance Shift Manager will assist the Manager Aircraft Maintenance in the management, conduct, monitoring, and control of the Sun Country Airlines’ maintenance production activities for in-house and vendor maintenance of aircraft, components, and powerplants.

$115,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the base compensation for this role.

Aircraft Maintenance Technicians & Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This job will also operate in the maintenance hangar and ramp area and is routinely exposed to all weather elements.
Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
