Job summary

Air Wisconsin Airlines in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to develop and lead assigned maintenance personnel, scheduling mechanics and production control to deliver reliable, airworthy aircraft in a safe environment. The role oversees facility and equipment maintenance, budget adherence, and provides direction to Crew Chiefs.

Requires an Associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance/Engineering and an FAA A&P license, with 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a union FAR Part 121

Qualifications

• Must have strong judgment to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Clear and fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities
