Job summary

Yulista Solutions LLC is seeking a General Aircraft Mechanic to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on NASA fleet aircraft, simulators, and UAS. Must meet FAA, NASA safety training and shift Friday to Monday, with possible overtime.

You will use NAMIS to log actions, work with EWOs, inspect systems, perform ground support duties, and document QA-compliant work while maintaining safety and tool control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Requires a FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification or obtain one within 1 year of hire date.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
• Must pass a NASA administered physical.

Responsibilities

• Use NAMIS to maintain equipment records and document maintenance actions for repairs.
• Perform maintenance on aircraft, including mechanical systems and ground support equipment (GSE).
• Follow Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) and complete instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Disassemble, repair, clean, and reinstall aircraft components and accessories.
• Maintain safety, tool control, and FOD prevention per policies and procedures.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections and repairs as required.
