Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA A&P Certificate required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance theory and practice.
• Detail-oriented, organized and professional.
• Good communication and customer-service oriented in an educational context.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled aircraft maintenance classes, fostering engagement and learning.
• Assist the Director to develop curriculum and schedule classes.
• Maintain clean, organized labs and equipment for student use.
• Keep accurate academic and attendance records per policies.
• Support student success with retention techniques and timely communication.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the Director for supplies.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director.
