Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized and professional.
• Excellent communication and customer service in an educational context.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled classes in aircraft maintenance.
• Assist Director to develop and refine curriculum and schedule classes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and lab environment.
• Establish and maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
• Notify the Director of issues and implement retention techniques.
• Assist in managing equipment and supplies inventory.
• Monitor student attendance closely.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Director.
