Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Analysis specialist to support helicopter maintenance by tracking and analyzing aircraft maintenance information, presenting findings to senior leadership, and producing trend analyses in line with the Performance of Work Statement.

This role requires knowledge of aircraft maintenance, a military background in maintenance analysis, strong communication and personnel management skills, and the ability to use MS Office and MIS; a Secret security clearance is

Qualifications

• General knowledge of aircraft maintenance, systems, and parts.
• Military background in maintenance analysis.
• Strong communication and personnel management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze aircraft maintenance information to assess unit health.
• Prepare studies, reports, briefings, and trend analyses.
• Verify accuracy of JDD data and MIS status; report discrepancies.
• Identify erroneous or missing data and coordinate corrections.
• Perform duties including temporary duty and travel as required.
