Required: valid driver's license, ability to obtain MSP SIDA badge, proficient in office software, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA Badge.
• Ability to be proficient in various computer programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Very good oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, ship, and expedite material to support aircraft requirements.
• Code all shipments to track expenses and review invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor loans, borrows, and exchanges to ensure timely shipping.
• Perform initial receiving of incoming materials.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing slips.
• Maintain electronic files with current Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and policies.
