Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Load Planner Specialist to design and optimize aircraft loading plans, ensuring safe and efficient cargo handling. You will collaborate with ground operations, cargo teams, and flight crews to balance weight distribution and maximize aircraft utilization.

The role requires 2+ years in load planning or related aviation roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; aviation or cargo handling certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in load planning, cargo handling, or related aviation role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize load plans for aircraft to maximize capacity and balance.
• Coordinate with ground operations, cargo and ramp teams for timely loading.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of load plans for each flight; maintain compliance with regulations.
