Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a Line Service Technician I to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft and crews. You will partner with Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Valet, and Facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires safety-first behavior, the ability to handle fuels and hazardous materials, and the flexibility to work swing shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid/unexpired driver's license.
• Aviation/Customer Service experience preferred; pre-employment drug testing and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
• Follow safety procedures for fueling and handling hazardous materials.
• Operate refueling trucks and ground support equipment as directed.
• Assist pilots with pre/post flight services and marshaling aircraft.
• Maintain security and documentation for fuel and ground operations.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and potential graveyard shifts.
