Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a Line Service Technician I to support all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, crews, and passengers at Van Nuys (KVNY). You will deliver exceptional customer service, marshal aircraft, fuel aircraft, and assist with baggage handling in a busy airport environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work swing shifts. Aviation or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required in state of work location.
• Aviation/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and passengers.
• Support all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, crews and passengers.
• Coordinate with Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Valet, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate with safety as priority and follow all ATA/airport safety procedures.
• Move aircraft and equipment, marshal vehicles, and assist with fuel and ground support tasks.
